I leave any time spent with her, peaceful, heard and energized.

Literally since the day I popped out, I’ve lived life at breakneck speed and have a genuine passion for life and natural world, that has always kept me very busy. My husband and my family, thank the heavens, understand me and are my safe space to take a time out to recharge. We are a family who loves to laugh and debate life, family dinners can be quite something and those heart felt conversations and laughter are such a source of positive energy.
